Val Growth is a managed offshore talent company. We place vetted specialists - SDRs, GTM engineers, e-commerce operators and virtual assistants - into UK and US teams as supervised pods, at $15/hr or $395/mo, live within seven days.
The distinction that matters is where accountability sits. A staffing agency finds you a person and steps back; from that point the managing, training and quality control are yours. We keep all of it. Our operators supervise the rep's output, run weekly QA reviews, and replace anyone who underperforms from our managed bench at no cost to you.
That means you are never dependent on one individual. You're backed by a bench.
Who runs it?
Val Growth was founded by Saad Ahmad and is run by operators rather than recruiters - the people supervising your rep are the people who built the systems the rep uses.
We run outbound and GTM as our own business, not just as a service we sell. The team is Clay-certified and an official Prospeo partner, and the B2B contact data our reps work from is built in-house and double-verified to a sub-1% bounce rate. When you bring on a Val Growth rep, the playbooks come with them.
Where is the team based?
Our specialists and supervising operators are based in Pakistan and work live during your UK or US business hours, with real-time Slack access to both the rep and their supervisor - not an overnight handoff.
Contracts, payroll, compliance, NDAs and equipment are handled entirely on our side, so there is no employment or HR overhead on yours.
